Commercial Kitchen Cleaning in McKinney, TX

This commercial restaurant fire happened in McKinney, TX. The pictures are of the industrial grill and cooking surfaces used in this restaurant. The kitchen area is located on the opposite side of the building from where the fire had started, but with all fires, the soot traveled throughout the entire building. The cooking surfaces had grease on them which the soot had stuck to every crease, crack and cranny of all the surfaces. Our hard working crew of SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County/Greenville, immediately went to work on this very large job and got this restaurant back in business. The customer was so happy he paid for meals when we went for a visit after the reopening.
