Water Damaged Living Room in McKinney, TX

This house was sitting vacant while in the process of being sold. The home had not been shown in several weeks and during that time there was a severe thunderstorm. During the storm, a branch from a large tree broke off and punctured the roof allowing water to get into the home. Obviously, you can see by the picture, the amount of damage done to the interior of the home. Unfortunately, the wood floors had to be pulled, but other than that it was just a good clean and deodorization and we brought the home back to "as good as new".
