I am thankful to have a company close to home who answers when I call and help me take care of the damage caused by a fire to my home.

I was completely happy with the work and cleanup that SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County/Greenville provided after a fire.  The entire process was seamless. Great work, good customer service and dedication to the entire job made a disaster not seem so bad. I couldn't be more pleased. 

When our house was hit by lightning and burned in August, SERVPRO came in the same day to begin the cleanup and salvage process. The next day, Violette and Keith came with the team to make sure we were given the best care. After our remaining possessions were taken to their facility for cleaning and storage, the crew dropped off items to us that we needed, several times.  The office manager answered numerous phone calls and emails and helped me go through stored boxes to find items we needed. The entire SERVPRO team treated us with compassion and kindness throughout the entire process. If you are in a difficult situation and need a fire restoration salvage team, you cannot go wrong with this caring group of professionals. 

The entire staff made a horrific situation much easier to deal with.
